Even as a child I loved all sports activities and at 11 years of age I started ballet dancing. Later I moved on to jazz dance and then finally to contemporary dance. In 2001 I graduated from the Rotterdam Dance Academy with a diploma in Performance Dance and started my career as a freelance dancer back in Switzerland.

I have danced in the choreography of Martina la Bonte (Ger), Company Running Out (CH), Hiroto Tanahashi (Jap/Ger) and Hideto Heshiki (CH). I have also performed in theatre productions by Schorsch Kamerun (Ger) at the Zurich Play House and in Uwe Mengel's (Ger) Zurich Theatre Spectacular and I am a member of the dance theatre collective Krokant.Cie.

It was during rehearsals with Hideto that I got to know and appreciate Gyrotonic and Gyrokenisis. I am passionate about this cleverly devised and intergrated training method that is such fun and I am very pleaseed to be able to offer Gyrotonic instruction at Goodtraining.
